Hey everyone, I'm back with Macarons, Cake Pops and More!

 After almost 2 years of 'baking hiatus', I am currently teaching a few short courses at Lucinda Bakery. For a start, I will be conducting Macaron-making classes and Xmas Red Velvet Cake Pops classes over the following days:

23 Nov - 10.30-1.30pm & 2.30 - 5.30pm (Class Full)
30 Nov - 2.30 - 5.30pm (Class Full)
7 Dec -  10.30-1.30pm & 2.30 - 5.30pm (Class Full)
14 Dec - 10.30-1.30pm (Filling up fast!)
21 Dec 10.30-1.30pm (Only 2 seats left!)

Course fees for Macarons class- $98 (Less 10% for Heychocolat Fans if you register now!) Students will get printed recipes and 12-14 macarons with 3 different fillings (Choc Ganache, Sea Salt Caramel, Lemon Curd) to enjoy!

Course fees for Xmas Cake Pops Class - $80 (Less 10% for Heychocolat Fans if you register now!) Students will get printed recipes and Red Velvet Cupcakes as well as choice of reindeers, xmas trees and snowman (6-8) to bring home this Xmas!

oh gosh, here goes...Heychocolat will be suspended indefintely or at least i'll be taking a really long break before returning to baking. Nope I didn't break the law or going on holiday but with the recent series of issues with my kids and the maid, motherly duties have taken top priority. New Cupcake Flavours!

Besides our Signatures - Darn Good Chocolate & Tea Time Carrot Cupcakes, here are the rest of our mainstays (three of which are winners from our sampling earlier but with some tweaking):

• Rocky Road - Soft moist vanilla sponge with nutella centre & covered in chocolate, marshmallows & macademias! This is one of our best sellers till date. Star attraction for both the young and adults alike.

• Chocolate Cookies and Cream - Luscious chocolate sponge with creamy cookies bits! If you are an Oreo lover, you will not want to miss this!

• Banana Nutella -  Banana vanilla sponge (with/out walnuts) with a hint of cinnamon & chocolatey hazelnut cream. This is my favorite! Banana & Chocolate combination will never go wrong!

• Chocolate Peanut Butter - Moist chocolate sponge with creamy peanut butter. This is for you if you too loves peanut butter!

• Green Apple & Walnut - Vanilla sponge with juicy green apples + crunchy walnuts with a hint of cinnamon and covered in luscious cream cheese. This sounds exotic but trust us, you will love this!

• Lemon Lemon - Lemony sponge with lemon curd cream. Sweet & Sour just like how we L.O.V.E. it!

• Red Velvet - The famous red chocolate sponge with luscious cream cheese. Need us to say more?
