About Hey Chocolat



"Chocolat" (say: sho-co-la), it's chocolate in French. It all started out as an interest and love for cakes, anything chocolatey rich will entice me. My all-time favorite is one covered with dark chocolate ganache without any cream or fruit toppings. Somehow, toppings turn me off. Most likely it's because they tend to spoil the goodness of chocolate unless it's topped with more chocolate, of course!

Soon, I started to scour the entire web and books for recipes to learn to make my very own chocolate cake. After countless tries and failures, I came up with one which I'm truly satisfied with plus several thumbs-up from family and friends and thus, to this I call my very own,

DARN GOOD CHOCOLATE CAKE!
