Registration
To register, please email
enquiry@lucindabakery.com.sg indicating the workshop(s) and date(s) that you would like to attend, together with your name and contact no. Upon receipt of your email, we will reply within the next 24 hours to acknowledge your booking and confirm the availability of a slot. Alternatively, you may contact us at (65) 6295 8019 to register. All reservations for the workshops are on a first-come first-serve basis. Payment is due upon confirmation of an available slot. Priority is given to customers who make payment and only guaranteed when payment is made.
If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours, please contact us again. Upon registration, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following:
• Once your booking is confirmed, the fees paid are non-refundable. In the event that a workshop is cancelled/rescheduled, a full refund will be given. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your booking to another class within six months from the date of the cancelled class. Please note that credit transfer is allowed only once, and will expire after six months.
• Due to space constraints, we will have to turn away any accompanying domestic helpers or children. Hence, you are strongly encouraged to make all the necessary arrangements before attending the workshop.
• We will not be responsible for any injuries/accidents arising from the incorrect use of our equipment, or allergic reactions from the use of our ingredients. If you have any allergies or difficulties, please inform us during registration.
Payment Options
Payments are accepted via bank transfer via ATM or internet banking. Please email us the date of payment, time and the transaction reference number after you have done so. Upon receipt of your payment, we will call or email you to confirm your booking and provide more details regarding the workshop(s).
