Here's a treat for chocoholics! I've lineup my favourite chocolate recipes into 2 sessions starting with Cookies & Brownies in Chocoholics Treats I and Darn Good Chocolate Cake in Treats II.

WORKSHOP OUTLINE

In the cookies kingdom, nothing beats good old chocolate chip cookies and my all-time favourite is one that's crisp on the outside with a soft and chewy interior. What makes a cookie crispy or chewy is just a matter of adjusting the baking time and that's what you can do with this recipe! In ChocoholicS Treats I, you will learn:
  1. Good Ol' Chocolate Chip Cookies
  2. Dark Chocolate Nutty Cookies
  3. Darn Good Chocolate Chip & Walnut Brownies
The long-time debate of Fudgy vs Cakey Brownie is purely a matter of personal preference and this Brownie recipe is handed to me by my aunt which I've tweaked to my liking. It's a cross between fudgy and cakey which is the ultimate crowd pleaser!

These days, cupcakes can be found in bakeries everywhere, but with just a little know-how, you can easily bake your own tempting boutique-bakery cupcakes at home and impress your loved ones! In Cupcake 101, you’ll learn how to transform a simple pound cake batter into a few variations of your choice with a delicious and easy to follow recipe. You’ll also learn about the piping/swirling techniques using 3 different frostings to create that delectable finish on cupcakes.
