Tea Time Carrot Cake

This moist carrot cake is packed with wholesome walnuts and golden raisins with just the right hint of cinnamon. Not forgetting the luscious cream cheese and white chocolate frosting that is sure to tickle your taste buds for a second slice!

Absolutely fabulous for tea time with a freshly brewed tea in hand.

Ingredients: Cake flour, golden raisins, real walnuts, juicy carrots, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla essence and cream cheese with white chocolate for the frosting.
