Have been burying myself with cookbooks in the kitchen, testing recipes and coming up with my own :) tried and tested by the Hubby & the Little One & almost everyone in our families. The reason is, I'm starting 2 cupcakes classes soon in July to a few lucky readers and friends. I've to split the recipes over 2 separate classes as it'll take longer than 3hrs to finish everything on the menu.
